About
Welcome!
I am a Channel and Mindset Mentor providing feminine, earth-based wisdom coaching through various modalities, including: oracle, ritual and somatic work.
A Divine Feminist at heart, I help women concerned about our earth’s well-being achieve their life goals in healthy and sustainable ways. I believe that by connecting to the ‘magic’ found in the everyday we can create world change on a social and ecological level.
I am passionate about being an instrument of peace and wellness in the world, devoted to service to all beings of earth through prayer, ritual and sacred activism.

Let me know how I can be of service to you!

Blessings and Peace,

“You carry Mother Earth within you. She is not outside of you. Mother Earth is not just your environment. In that insight of inter-being it is possible to have real communication with the Earth, which is the highest form of prayer.”

EXPANDED
Through my education, travels and volunteering I have had the blessing to study with healers and spiritual teachers from various wisdom traditions around the world over the past 25 years. My own family immigrated to Canada from Latin America. I am a settler mestizx with Spanish, Quechua, Muisca roots and as such decolonization, equity and inclusion are important issues that define my work. In terms of my own family ancestral lineage, I come from four generations of healers and psychics, a reality that did not become fully known to me until adulthood due to colonial suppression of ancestral forms of knowledge.
I have always been a ‘sensitive’ soul. As far back as I can remember I intuitively knew that the rocks, trees and streams had spirits of their own, as well as experienced the presence of other kinds of living and deceased spirits in my waking life and dreams. This led me to a fascination with ancient cultures that resulted in an undergrad in Cultural Anthropology with a focus in World Theatre and the Ritual of Performance. This provided a safe and objective way of studying what was a complex reality for me. I always felt afraid of my intuitive gifts and suppressed them for many years. In later adulthood, my need for an outlet shifted to be expressed through poetry and performance art.

In the fall of 2011, I had the most powerful spiritual initiation/awakening of my life, while back in my southern homeland hemisphere- this time in the Amazon Jungle. It was here it became clear, not just how interconnected and dependent we humans are to nature but how important it was for me to accept my gifts and stand up for our mother earth. I dedicated myself fully to this vision and studied to become a Minister of Her Walking Prayer and was ordained in 2014.

I currently live in a small town in Ontario, hosted on the territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, Mississaugas nations determined by the One Dish, One Spoon Covenant. I live with my partner, pre-schooler and beloved animal companion. When I am not working I like to practice mindfulness, connect with my loved ones, make ceremonial art and spend time in the sunny spots in my backyard and revel in the beauty of the earth.
